Elizabeth has the ability to connect with audiences and to communicate life changing ideas with straightforward simplicity. She delivers keynotes as well as breakout sessions for professional development conferences and workshops. Elizabeth is an experienced facilitator, helping individuals to reach their full potential by tearing down barriers to growth.

Elizabeth is a dynamic communicator and educator.  With a combination of high energy and infectious enthusiasm, she is able to cross the age barriers and communicate complex concepts with clarity to adults and small children.  She is passionate about empowering people to push beyond their personal boundaries and develop to their full potential.

Elizabeth’s devotes her time to empowering and inspiring adults in the dynamics of change.  Starting as a physiotherapist she has made a number of radical changes of direction during her working career.  Whether she was teaching tertiary students at Cumberland College, adults in the community or teaching Suzuki Violin in 2 of Sydney’s independent schools, Elizabeth’s focus is the same – to enable people to push past impossibilities and maximize their potential..

She is a Certified Trainer, completing Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training in 2003.  She is an Associate member of the National Speaker’s Association of Australia, and graduated from The Speaker’s Academy in 2003.

She has led break-out sessions at Suzuki Professional Development Conferences, and has extensive experience as a group facilitator.  She is frequently invited as Guest Lecturer for Parent Education sessions at Instrumental Workshops.  One of her favourite Keynote addresses is on the topic of “Performance Anxiety,” a topic of great relevance to adults from every walk of life and musicians.  Elizabeth also provides private consultations in the area of Performance Anxiety.  Many have benefited from her Keynote Address “5 Love Languages” encapsulating the work of Dr Gary Chapman.

Elizabeth grew up in Sydney, Australia.  She attended SCEGGS Darlinghurst and the University of NSW.  She juggles family life and career, sharing her life with husband and 3 children, ranging from Year 3-12 at school.
