Succeed with Performance
an e-Book by Elizabeth Robinson

So many people have been helped by my article “Master Your Adrenalin” that I have been inundated with requests asking me for more details.  Did I really mean it when I said that it is possible to overcome performance anxiety?  What exactly did I do?  How long did it take?  Is it really possible for them?
In response I have written this e-book especially for you because it works through all the details that I cover in a 2-3 hour initial private consultation.  It therefore represents extremely good value and I know that you will be greatly helped by it if you are prepared to work really hard and practise each technique.

"Your down-to-earth and straight forward approach confirms my first impression I had from your Stringendo article about stage fright: everything you say is self-experienced and honest, therefore simple and understandable, in a most refreshing way I may add, when people are more and more used to speak in clichés and make a poor content important with artificial ballast."
—      Markus Stocker (Senior Lecturer in Cello, Queensland Conservatorium, Griffith University)

Introduction to e-Book

So many people have been helped by my article “Master Your Adrenalin” that I have been inundated with requests asking me for more details. Did I really mean it when I said that it is possible to overcome performance anxiety? What exactly did I do? How long did it take? Is it really possible for them?

Some of you live locally and I have been able to consult one-on-one. But for many of you overseas and interstate this is not practical. So I have written this e-book especially for you because it covers all the details that I cover in a 2-3 hour initial private consultation. It therefore represents extremely good value and I know that you will be greatly helped by it if you are prepared to work really hard on each issue.

I am glad that my article has given hope to so many. There is no need to give up. You can overcome your fears and anxieties. This is the most exciting journey of discovery that you can make. The actual performance – be it musical performance or public speaking, or a sporting meet, becomes secondary in importance. The greater achievement is overcoming yourself. I can tell you that there are not too many things more exhilarating than overcoming your own self-limiting beliefs, self-limiting mental habits and self-limiting behaviours. (The one thing much greater is to make peace with God through the saving work of Jesus on the cross).
